The depth of the consultation depends on the size and scope of your project. We may ask you to send photos and dimensions or carry out an in-person site visit. Our Project Designer will provide you with visuals and work closely with you to complete an initial concept design. Initial concept designs are for illustration purposes only. Upon receipt of your deposit, a site survey will be scheduled and carried out by our Operations Department to ensure all details of your project are accurate. Not all projects require a site survey.
